Sahasrachandi Maha Yagnam requires performance of minimum of 1000 Durga Saptasathi (Devi Mahatmyam) Paarayanams, 100 Durga Saptasathi Homam, 1,000,000 Navakshari Japam, 100,000 Ahutis of Navakshari Mula Mantra, and detailed performance of many rituals.
